I Made a Cake

 I had to make something for my moms birthday, and I wanted to make my Aunt renu’s famous velvet cake. She made the best velvet cake in the world, all of my family and friends agreed. It was an simple enough recipe, I thought. What made it different or better than most velvet cake was its secret ingredient, Cream cheese. When I had all of the ingredients out I started making the cake. I followed the recipe exactly, putting in three-quarters cup of Cream cheese, Just like the recipe called for. I put it in the oven at precisely 350 degrees and cooked it for exactly one hour. When I took it out of the oven, it looked beautiful. I covered it with some white frosting and set it aside to birthday party. my mom was so happy and I was so proud of it!
